Class Policies:
Class tickets are non-refundable unless a class is canceled by Boston Bollywood. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Class/Workshop tickets are non-transferable from one class to another. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Online class bookings will close 15 minutes prior to the class. Dancers must pay walk-in rates if spots are still available.
For a class that's reached full capacity, DM us on Instagram to check if spots available. DMs reaching us less than 2 hours before class time might not receive responses.
Tickets bought online can be transferred to other dancers. In the event of a ticket transfer, please DO NOT CANCEL your booking online via WellnessLiving.

The dancer receiving the transferred ticket should inform us during class that they purchased the ticket from you.
All class and workshop tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your ticket to another dancer. Access to the Buy/Sell WhatsApp group is offered as a facilitation tool (and only made available in a confirmation email after buying a class ticket), not a guarantee, and is subject to the following terms:
Entry into the Buy/Sell WhatsApp group requires an email request from the ticket holder.Requests must be sent to [email protected] and must include the ticket holder’s full name and mobile number.
Please allow up to 3 business days for requests to be reviewed and approved.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and processing time is calculated from when the email is received.
Requests received within 3 business days of the class start time may not be approved.
If WhatsApp access is not granted in time, the responsibility to sell the ticket remains with the ticket holder. Tickets that are not sold remain non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our class operations organized and fair for everyone.
