Class Ticket Policies:

• Tickets are Non-refundable unless Boston Bollywood cancels. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Tickets CANNOT be transferred from one class to another. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Online booking closes 15 mins pre-class; dancers not registered online pay walk-ins rates if spots available.
• Full class? DM on Instagram for possible walk-ins.
• Online tickets transferable to another dancer, but DON'T mark yourself as "cancel" on WellnessLiving if ticket transferred. 
• More specific class/workshop policies included in WellnessLiving class description and sent in confirmation email (scroll below to read)

Class Structure:

• Introductions & Gratitude circle
• 5 minute warmup
• 60-90 minute lesson depending on class duration
• Learn a new choreography to a new song (we don't share our songs) -- since we teach a new song each week, you can drop in at any time
• Check-in
• 15 minute choreography drills and taking videos
• Cool down if time permits

Cost:
Beginner Bollywood:

• Single class Online registration: $19.49
• Single class Walk-in: $22
• Multiple class pass available (click on the session to follow prompts)

Intermediate/Advanced Bollywood:

• Single class Online registration: $18.99-$22.99 depending on class length
• Single class Walk-in: $23-$25 depending on class length
• Multiple class pass available (click on the session to follow prompts)

Ticket Sales & Buy/Sell WhatsApp Group Policy

All class and workshop tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your ticket to another dancer. Access to the Buy/Sell WhatsApp group is offered as a facilitation tool (and only made available in a confirmation email after buying a class ticket), not a guarantee, and is subject to the following terms:

• Entry into the Buy/Sell WhatsApp group requires an email request from the ticket holder.Requests must be sent to [email protected] and must include the ticket holder’s full name and mobile number.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for requests to be reviewed and approved.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and processing time is calculated from when the email is received.
• Requests received within 3 business days of the class start time may not be approved.

If WhatsApp access is not granted in time, the responsibility to sell the ticket remains with the ticket holder. Tickets that are not sold remain non-refundable.
