We are thrilled to announce the Intermediate Bollywood Dance Workshop Series or, as we like to call it, the 2020 Fall of Bollywood Dance Workshop Series. Each week will focus on a different dance style with a different choreographer. The workshop series is a great way to work with the best of the Boston Bollywood choreographers while learning choreography in a variety of dance styles. This time, we are bringing some blasts from the past and inviting two new choreographers.

COVID19 Guidelines The following changes have been made to Dance Complex systems to accommodate both State and City guidelines and National best studio practices on Health, Hygiene and Social Distancing during this pandemic. 1) So as to follow guidelines on building capacity and contact tracing all entering the building are required to use their Dance Complex Mind Body card to sign into the building. All cards are free and will be available for pick up in the lobby on the first visit. Renters are required therefore to provide the Dance Complex with a list of all their company members, accompanists and any assistants at least 1 day ahead of their first rehearsal and to ask everyone to set up their own Mind Body account for card usage (this does not involve needing to input any credit card information).
Here's the link to signup for Dance Complex Mindbody.
2) So as to follow guidelines on social distancing and studio capacity, renters are required to have a list of attending participants to ensure the studio capacity number is not exceeded. These weekly lists need to be forwarded to the Dance Complex at least 24 hours ahead of each rehearsal (apart from first rehearsal see above) so the Dance Complex can confirm studio usage numbers (and therefore building capacity total numbers) and also provide cards for new members as needed.
3) To comply with State guidelines on Social Distancing and health all must wear masks for the entire time they are in the building. 4) To comply with State guidelines on Social Distancing, Renters are asked to remind all participants to follow the new Dance Complex building one-way system and enter and exit each studio by the separate doors indicated. 5) To comply with State and City guidelines on Hygiene there will be a 30-minute cleaning time between each studio use and Renters are asked to encourage participants to leave through the exit door as soon as rehearsal is over so as to allow the building cleaners access to disinfect before the next use. 5) The Dance Complex reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a mask to enter the building. 6) The Dance Complex reserves the right to confirm in person that studio capacity limits are not exceeded and if they are to ask guests to leave to bring the numbers back down to posted capacity levels.
