General Notes:
TECH, DRESS, AND BOTH SHOWS MANDATORY FOR ALL DANCERS. ALL DANCERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE DRESS REHEARSAL AND THE TWO SHOWS.
Many of these dates are early on a weekday. With this early notice, please plan accordingly with your personal and work schedules in advance to honor arriving at these locations at these times.
Travel & Parking:
For each day, please allocate enough time to park/take the T/take Ubers to arrive on time. For parking, please refer to https://www.bu.edu/tsai/visit/parking/

Tech Rehearsal: Wed, June 3
Tech Rehearsal is when choreographers block their dance on stage. We also block the Finale. Note: Tech Order is not the same as Show Order. Tech Rehearsal Notes:
Dancers are expected to bring some or most of their costume to tech (check with choreographers)
Please arrive at the theater 15 minutes prior to your first tech time. You may leave the theater in between your tech times as long as you return to the theater 15 minutes before your next tech time.
During BTTD, dancers who are new to the company will take a backstage tour.
Dress Rehearsal: Thur, June 4
Dress Rehearsal Schedule: 5:30 Theater opens 6:00 Dancers are expected to be seated in the theater 15 mins before Roll Call 6:15 Roll Call & Company Meeting *6:30 FIRST DRESS REHEARSAL* 8:30 Company meeting & Change costumes as needed Note: All dancers are expected to be present for the company meeting. After the first dress rehearsal, we will quickly address any concerns and start with the second dress rehearsal as soon as dancers have gotten ready.
Both dress rehearsals are in full costume, all jewelry, props and full makeup. Dancers are allowed to watch the first dress rehearsal from the audience but must lineup backstage two acts prior to their dance.
The second dress rehearsal will take place just like the show. All dancers, except the ones performing on stage, will be backstage.
Dancers are expected to do their own makeup for dress rehearsals. Dancers may either come to the venue already fully ready or get ready at the venue. Please plan this based on your schedule and when the theater opens.
Dancers who are late/are not ready in their costume will not be allowed to dance in the dress rehearsals.

Parking
Parking Notes for June 3rd & 4th: 5:30-11 PM:
Dancers can park at the CAS Lot (240 Bay State Road, Boston) on Wednesday 6/3
Ticket spitters turned on at 4:30pm (flat rate $14)
Dancers will need to pull a ticket at the entrance gate and pay with a credit card when ready to leave at the exit gate.
If the CAS Lot is full, they have 15 minutes to exit the lot without having to pay the ticket. They will insert the ticket at the exit gate and the gate will open at no charge. If they are a minute over, they will be charged for parking.
If the CAS Lot is full, dancers can park at the Essex St Garage (148 Essex St, Brookline)
Parking Notes for June 5th & June 6th:
There will be an attendant at the CAS Lot from 7-11pm on Friday, 6/5 and 6-10pm on Saturday, 6/6
