General Notes:

1. TECH, DRESS, AND BOTH SHOWS MANDATORY FOR ALL DANCERS. ALL DANCERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE DRESS REHEARSAL AND THE TWO SHOWS.
2. Many of these dates are early on a weekday. With this early notice, please plan accordingly with your personal and work schedules in advance to honor arriving at these locations at these times.

Travel & Parking:

1. For each day, please allocate enough time to park/take the T/take Ubers to arrive on time. For parking, please refer to https://www.bu.edu/tsai/visit/parking/
2. Street Parking is available but visit the website above for more parking options.

Tech Rehearsal: Wed, Nov 19

Tech Rehearsal is when choreographers block their dance on stage. We also block the Finale. Please note that Tech Order is not the same as Show Order. Tech Rehearsal is in partial costume (check with choreographer)

Tech Rehearsal Notes:

• Dancers are expected to bring some or most of their costume to tech (check with choreographers)
• Please arrive at the theater 15 minutes prior to your first tech time. You may leave the theater in between your tech times as long as you return to the theater 15 minutes before your next tech time.
• Finale participation is MANDATORY. ​
• During The Sacred Tree and Lailas, dancers who are new to the company will take a backstage tour.

Dress Rehearsal Notes:

1. After the first dress rehearsal, we will quickly address any concerns and start with the second dress rehearsal as soon as dancers have gotten ready.
2. Costumes are not mandatory for the first dress rehearsal, except for dancers involved in quick changes. If you are in only one piece, be in your costume for both dress rehearsals. All quick changes must take place. We will not have an intermission during this rehearsal. Dancers are allowed to watch the first dress rehearsal from the audience. Please make sure you give yourself sufficient time to change into your first costume for the Second Dress Rehearsal.
3. The second dress rehearsal will take place with full costume, makeup, jewelry, etc. All dancers, except the ones performing on stage, will be backstage.
4. Dancers are expected to do their own makeup for dress rehearsals. Dancers may either come to the venue already fully ready or get ready at the venue. Please plan this based on your schedule and when the theater opens. While the backstage dressing rooms are available the entire evening, the classrooms will only be available starting at 8:15 pm.
5. Dancers who are late/are not ready in their costume will not be allowed to dance in the second dress rehearsal.​
